1. Cherrydreams.shop delivers goods to any place in Lithuania.
2. Shipping costs are automatically charged to the invoice.
3. Cherrydreams.shop undertakes to deliver the manufactured goods to the Customer no later than within 5 – 7 working days, depending on the chosen delivery method. Such term does not apply in cases when the required goods are not in the warehouse of Cherrydreams.shop, and the Customer is informed about the shortage of the goods ordered by him. At the same time, the Customer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Cherrydreams.shop’s control. In this case, Cherrydreams.shop undertakes to contact the Customer immediately and inform about the possible delay of the goods ordered by him.
4. All information about the companies: Omniva Lithuania, Bus Shipments, Courier Service and Services is listed on their websites, which have a separate website for each country in which the companies operate.
5. The customer undertakes to choose the delivery method when ordering the goods.
6. The customer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address and on the basis of other data provided by the Customer, the Customer is not entitled to make claims to Cherrydreams.shop regarding delivery of goods to the wrong entity.
7. If the authorized courier service is not able to deliver the goods due to the Customer’s fault or circumstances depending on it, the courier service shall additionally coordinate a new delivery time suitable for the Customer. Re-delivery shall be made no more than twice. If the Customer does not accept the goods three times, the goods are returned to Cherrydreams.shop, and the Customer has no right to make claims for non-delivery of the goods on time. In addition, Cherrydreams.shop is in all cases released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Customer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Customer or circumstances depending on the Company delivering the goods. Cherrydreams.shop is in all cases released from liability for the previous deadline for non-collected goods. For returned goods that have not been collected through the customer’s fault, the customer pays for the returned shipment and new shipping costs.
8. The Customer must immediately inform Cherrydreams.shop by e-mail in all cases when the package of the consignment is wrinkled, wet or otherwise externally damaged upon delivery / collection of the goods to the Customer, the Customer must (write comments) or write a separate report on such defects. This must be implemented by the Customer in the presence of the delivering person. Failure to do so shall release Cherrydreams.shop from liability to the Customer for damage to the goods, if such damage was caused by packaging damage, which the Customer did not indicate in the delivery confirmation.
9. The characteristics of each product sold shall be indicated in the description accompanying each product. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
10. Delivery methods:
10.1. Omniva ATMs – 3.00 euros;
10.2. Bus shipments – 4.00 euros;
10.3. Courier – 5.00 euros;
11. The delivery (transportation) fee for goods is calculated taking into account the size of the Order and the place of delivery:
11.1 Delivery of goods to the Curonian Spit region is subject to an additional fee.
11.1.2. When the Buyer wishes the Goods to be delivered outside Lithuania, the delivery terms of the Order are coordinated by a separate agreement.
12. Goods are dispatched only after payment and receipt of confirmation from the sender.
