General provisions
1.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, conditions of purchase and payment for goods, delivery and return procedures, liability of the parties and other related provisions.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer pays the required amount for the purchased goods.

Protection of personal data
2.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of order execution. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer information messages necessary to fulfill the order of the goods would be sent to the e-mail address.
2.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State authority in the cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.

Buyer’s rights and obligations.
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.
3.2 Provide complete, complete and correct information to the Seller. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order.
3.2. If the Buyer’s data provided to the Seller changes, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller.
3.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in Paragraph 8 of these Rules.
3.4. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees with these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Rights and obligations of the seller.
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the provided services.
4.2. Seller undertakes to respect Buyer’s right to privacy of Buyer’s personal information and will not pass it on to third parties.
4.3. The Seller may, in significant circumstances, suspend or terminate the operation of the Website without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.4. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.

Marketing and information.
5.1. Seller can organize various promotions and offers.
5.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the shares, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares shall take effect from the moment of their change or cancellation.
5.3. The Buyer sends all notifications and questions to the Seller’s e-mail. the contacts listed in the “Contacts” section of the store.

Final Provisions.
6.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be settled through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
